Studio Hire

Our studio provides a blank canvas for your next photography campaign, content creation or creative space hire. With lime-wash textured walls, rendered white walls, and stylish shelving, it serves as an inviting blank canvas for your projects. Whether you're focusing on personal branding, a space to create from, or simply exploring your creativity, our studio caters to both e-commerce, lifestyle and UGC content. You'll find assorted chairs, stools, and modular seating, along with a variety of props and decor, are included. A kitchenette, filtered water and washroom facilities for added convenience. For additional flexibility, we offer a freestanding backdrop stand and neutral paper backdrops (1.3 meters) as optional add-ons.
Exhibition Hire

We offer tailored packages for local artists, creatives, and wellness practitioners looking to host intimate workshops, classes, or exhibitions in our space. Our commitment to supporting the community drives us to create flexible options that cater specifically to local talent. For intimate classes, we recommend a group size of 5-8 participants, ensuring a personal and engaging experience. For networking events or exhibitions, our space accommodates up to 20 individuals comfortably, making it ideal for showcasing your work or connecting with others. We believe in fostering creativity and collaboration, providing a welcoming environment for your next event.
In-House Photography

Sophie from Sourced Styling Studio, Co-founder of Blanc has created packages for you to have your brand styled and photographed in house. Elevate your imagery through visual storytelling. We work closely with you and and your business, making sure we capture the essence.
We are now offering headshots, still life, and lifestyle imagery for you in the space.

Four Hours Studio Hire Per Month
You’ll have access to all our props, furnishings and space offerings. Get first access to book your shoot at the start of each month. Use in 2 × 2HR slots or half day shoot for the month.
$200 Per Month or $50 per week (save $25 per hour)
3 Month Subscription package
THE CREATOR

8 Hours Studio Hire Per Month
This package was designed for those requiring a little more consistency in their shoots each month. Use this across a weekly 4 x 2 hr bookings for a month, 2 x half days or 1 x full day.
$420 Per Month (Save $23 per hour)

THE CONSISTENT

12 Hours Studio Hire Per Month
For the ever week creator who is looking for consistent space hire. Best suited to those brands who are needing weekly space hire. Use the space as required each week, you’ll have 12 hours to use each month and get first access to openings each month.
