Welcome to Blanc Space
We’re so looking forward to having you in the studio. Please take a moment to review the terms below to ensure a smooth and inspiring experience for everyone.

Studio Location

Unit 1 / 86 Hastings Road, Cabarita Beach, NSW 2488

Studio Use

Blanc Space is best suited for intimate shoots of up to 5 people. If your team is larger, please notify us in advance so we can plan accordingly. Additional fees may apply.

A studio director will be onsite to greet you at your booking time. For any questions or special requirements, please contact us at hello@blancspace.au.

Studio Care & Conduct

To help us maintain a beautiful, functional space for all:

  • A $90 cleaning fee will be charged if the space is left in an overly messy state (e.g. food remnants, glitter, makeup spills).

  • Any lost, damaged, or broken items will be charged at their replacement value.

  • Please do not paint the studio walls or flats yourself — we offer this service if needed.

  • Damage to walls, floors, furniture, or surfaces will be assessed and charged accordingly.

Content Policy

We are committed to keeping Blanc Space a respectful and inclusive creative environment.
Sexually explicit content (including but not limited to content created for platforms like OnlyFans) is not permitted under any circumstances.

Booking Essentials

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Unpaid bookings may be cancelled unless previously arranged.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours: You’ll receive a 50% refund (if the booking has not already been rescheduled).

  • Changes within 48 hours of your booking: Full fee applies.

  • You may reschedule your session once as a complimentary off. To reschedule more than once you are required to pay a $50 rebooking fee and your booking is then reserved. If cancelled after rescheduling, the booking is non-refundable.

  • Late arrivals reduce your session time and cannot be extended.

Overtime

If your session runs beyond your booking time, overtime will be charged at $35 per 15 minutes.

Liability Disclaimer

While we do our best to maintain a safe and welcoming environment, Blanc Space is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained on the premises. This includes but is not limited to slips, falls, tripping hazards, or injuries caused by misuse of equipment or furniture. All guests and clients enter and use the space at their own risk.

We recommend clients have their own insurance to cover personal and professional property, as well as public liability where applicable.

Additional Studio Guidelines

Furniture & Styling Props

  • You’re welcome to move furniture and props gently and with care — we just ask that everything is returned to its original position before the end of your session.

  • Please lift furniture rather than dragging it to avoid damage to floors.

Noise Consideration

  • We ask that all guests respect our surrounding neighbours. Please keep music to a moderate volume. Blanc Space is not suitable for loud events or parties.

Use of Studio Equipment

  • If using studio lights, stands, or other provided equipment, please handle them carefully and ask if you're unsure how to operate anything.

  • Equipment left in a damaged or non-functioning state due to misuse may incur a repair or replacement fee.

Children & Pets

  • Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.

  • Please notify us in advance if you wish to bring pets. Approval is at our discretion, and pets must be contained or well-behaved during the session.

  • Any damage or extra cleaning caused by pets will be charged accordingly.

Commercial Use & Content Rights

  • You are welcome to use the studio for both personal and commercial photography.

  • Blanc Space retains the right to use behind-the-scenes content or tags from your booking for promotional purposes (e.g., social media reposts, website features), unless explicitly requested otherwise.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure all talent/model releases, music licensing, and usage rights are managed correctly if publishing or selling the content created.
